What is your pricing?
Ticket prices vary depending on when you’re making your booking, peak and off-peak, or special prices for certain experiences. The price includes the 10-15 minute safety briefing & scoreboard (Zero Latency), as well as the experience/s that you have reserved.
Our standard ticket prices are cheaper than other Zero Latency venues at $49 for 45 minute overall experience (30 minutes of game time, 10 minutes of briefing and suit-up), 5 minutes of scoreboard review). our VR Escape Rooms and VR Arcade are also very competitively priced.
Current pricing is as below excluding Public Holidays or private events:

- All Herozone or vrCAVE pricing $39pp
- Discounts apply for large bookings, enquire by filling in the form on the bookings page or by sending us an email at info@zerolatencygeelong.com
Who can or can’t play Zero Latency?
People with vision in one eye are able to play.
Players must be 10 years and over to play.
Players under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be allowed to play. You will not receive a refund or credit.
Generally, our experiences are not suitable for players who are pregnant, require assistance with mobility, are deaf or hearing impaired, are blind, or have a heart condition.
The experience may trigger epileptic seizures, seizures, fainting, or severe dizziness, even in people who have no history of these conditions. Players with a previous history of epilepsy or seizures, loss of awareness, or other symptoms linked to an epileptic condition should consult a doctor before playing the experience.
How do people avoid hitting each other or a wall?
We have in-game safety mechanisms that will alert you when you’re close to another person or a wall. We also have a Game Master watching at all times, to help prevent this from happening. It is up to you to pay attention and follow all instructions at all times to remain safe.
What is your cleaning and sanitisation process?
Headsets and controllers are fully cleaned and sanitised after every session. There is always time allocated between experiences to ensure a thorough cleaning after use.
Will I get motion sickness?
No, you don’t have to worry about motion sickness. Every part of the system is designed to give you an immersive experience without any of the motion sickness typically associated with virtual reality systems. Because you’re physically moving around a large space, your body won’t have the same confused reaction to being in a different virtual environment.
An incredibly small percentage of our players have pulled out due to motion sickness in the past.
Can I change or cancel a booking?
You have up to two weeks before a booking date to cancel or reschedule your booking. We do not accept last-minute cancellations. If you have any issues with your booking leading up to your session, please contact us. Bookings can only be canceled at the discretion of Zero Latency VR Geelong. Canceled tickets will be credited to the purchaser's Zero Latency account.
What is your return and refund policy?
We do not issue refunds for cancellations, a change of mind, or gift vouchers.

How do I book for a Large Group?
To book for a larger group, such as a corporate event, party or a school/university event, head to our corporate/large bookings page, or contact us at info@zerolatencygeelong.com.
Do you offer split billing?
If your group would like to pay for tickets separately, this can still be done via the online booking system. For example, you can book your own tickets and others in your group can log on separately and book the same session.
What should I wear to an experience booking?
This is an active experience so please make sure you wear comfortable clothes and appropriate footwear (ie. no high heels).
Can I wear glasses?
We strongly recommend wearing contact lenses for the experience, as our headsets will not fit large frames due to limited space between the eyes and VR lenses. Small framed glasses can be worn with the headsets.
How long does an experience last?
Zero Latency experiences last between 15-30 minutes, depending on the experience. We also offer bundles where you can play multiple games, and play for 45-60 minutes.
vrCAVE & Herozone experiences run for 45 Minutes
When should I arrive? What is your late policy?
Sessions are booked back-to-back so you must arrive on time. We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to check in and commence your experience on time. If you are a Zero Latency VR player and members of your booking are late, the following process will apply:
Split Team – When you haven’t booked the whole session: If you are part of a split team, we will start the safety briefing on time for all those in attendance. Due to strict time constraints, if the Game Master has started the suit-up process by the time you arrive for your session, we cannot allow you to join.
Whole Team – When all players in the session are your friends: If one of the members of your group is late, you have two options:
You can start the game without them but if they do not arrive before you start the game, they cannot join.
You can wait for them to arrive but your in-game play will be cut short.
If you arrive late you will not receive a credit or refund.
Are your experiences wheelchair accessible?
Unfortunately our VR experiences are not wheelchair accessible at this time.
Do you accept walk-ins?
Yes! If there are reservation slots available, we do accept walk-ins. Please note, that during peak periods it may be difficult to walk in. We recommend booking in advance where possible!
Do you have a minimum age requirement?
Players must be 10+ to play and meet the minimum height requirement of 1.4m for headset tracking for Zero Latency VR Games
For Herozone and vrCAVE, the same age limits apply however players can be slightly shorter
